Creamed Spinach

In a lightly oiled pan saute 1 pound chopped spinach, with 4 cloves garlic
Add 1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup grated parmesan oreginato
Cook about 10 minutes, until cheese has thickened
